the rooms are spacious. food choices had wide variety.
the man at reception was rude and refused to assist with our luggage. later, i saw him being miserable with other guests, no smile or acknowledgment.

gigantic suitelovely staff
The staff was friendly. The hotel upgraded my room to a gigantic suite. Breakfast offered several choices. The room included a lounge area with a TV. It also had a sofa bed. Toiletries in the bathroom were L'Occitane.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the comforts included. I found the all-inclusive package offered excellent value. A wide selection of drinks was available too.
The gate to the beach did not allow re-entry, so a walk around was necessary.
